Hand Ella the calls to listing agents, title and vendors

Every deal means calls that aren't selling: is 412 Pecan still available, can we show Saturday at 10, what did the buyer's agent think, has title cleared, when is the appraiser coming. Give Ella the names, numbers and questions. She makes the calls, takes the callbacks and emails you what each one said.

From $29 a month for 10 calls. Nothing is charged until your account is approved.

You give her the errand. Ella makes the phone calls.

She calls each contact from your own Ella number, between 8 AM and 8 PM where they are. She asks your questions, answers theirs from what you said she may share, leaves a voicemail when nobody picks up, and takes the callbacks. You get the summary and transcript of every call.

Every call opens the same way, played by code, not left to the model:

Hi, this is Ella, an AI assistant calling for your name at your company. This call is recorded.”

What she takes off your desk

Availability and showings

She calls each listing agent to ask whether the home is still available and whether offers are in, then asks for a showing time inside your window, and puts the answers in one table.

Showing feedback

After a weekend of showings she calls the agents who toured your listing, asks your questions about price, condition and interest, and emails you what each one said.

Title, lender and inspection status

She checks with title, the lender, the inspector, the appraiser or the surveyor on where things stand and what they still need, leaves a voicemail if nobody picks up, and takes the callback.

Vendors for a listing

The photographer, the stager, the lockbox and the lawn crew: she confirms dates and times before the listing goes live and writes down what each one promised.

Calls out, takes the callbacks

Feedback after the open weekend

The brief: “Call the six agents who showed 22 Oak Street this weekend. Ask what their buyers thought of the price and the kitchen, and whether anyone plans to write an offer.”

What she does: Ella asks each agent the same questions, leaves a voicemail when nobody answers, and takes the callbacks to your Ella number. You get a summary, the transcript and the recording after every call, and the answers side by side.

Calls out, confirms dates

Closing status check

The brief: “Call title, the lender and the appraiser on the Maple Avenue deal. Ask where each stands, what they still need from us, and whether we're on track for the 20th.”

What she does: She asks each one, writes down what they need and by when, and emails you after every call. If one asks something only you can answer, the question comes to you and she calls them back with your answer.

Calls and emails, collects interest

Land agents and builders on a lot

The brief: “In late October the engineer who built her had her call 17 land agents and 11 builders around Marble Falls, Texas about a 2.12-acre lot he was selling.”

What she does: She left voicemails where nobody answered, emailed the data sheet to those who gave an address, and wrote down who was interested and who wasn't. Two agents and a builder talked with her; one agent asked if the call was about selling or appraising, and she brought that back to him.

Whom she may call

This page is about agent-to-agent and vendor calls, not lead generation. Agents, title, lenders, inspectors and vendors are businesses: you confirm they're at business numbers, and if someone says it's a personal number or asks her to stop, she stops. Buyers, sellers and leads are individuals: Ella calls one only if they agreed to be contacted by an AI assistant for you and you recorded where and when. No sales or marketing calls, expireds, FSBOs or prospecting. Every errand is checked before she contacts anyone. More on the rules in the main FAQ.

Which plan: An agent with a few listings and a couple of buyers makes 20 to 40 of these calls a month, which fits Pro and its 50 calls. A part-time agent fits Starter's 10; a small team running many deals, Business and its 200.

Pricing

Monthly, per conversation: a call that reached a person or voicemail, a call to your number, or one email or text thread with one contact. No answer, busy and failed dials are free. Calls don't roll over.

  • Your number, one per account: toll-free $2.00 a month or local $2.50 a month, on the same bill.
  • Extra calls past your plan: $3.50 each, billed at the end of the month. You set a ceiling on them (25 to start, 0 to 1,000, or none); at the ceiling she stops starting new calls and tells you, and calls to your number are still answered.
  • Texts need your number registered with the mobile carriers; any carrier or Twilio fee for it is passed on at cost.
  • Change plans in your settings: upgrades right away, downgrades at renewal. Cancel any time.

Questions

More on Ella's main page.

Is this a lead generation tool?

No. This page is about the calls nobody sells a tool for: listing agents, title, lenders, inspectors and vendors. Buyers, sellers and leads are individuals, and Ella calls an individual only on an individuals errand, when that person agreed to be contacted by an AI assistant for you and you recorded where and when. She never makes sales or marketing calls to individuals, so no lead follow-up, expireds, FSBOs or prospecting.

Do the other agents know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Every call opens with a line played by code, not left to the model: "Hi, this is Ella, an AI assistant calling for <your name> at <your company>. This call is recorded." Then she asks the questions in your brief and answers theirs from what you said she may share.

Does she connect to the MLS or my CRM?

No. You give her the list of agents or vendors and the questions. Results come to you by email after every call (a summary, the transcript and the recording), on your dashboard, or through ChatGPT or Claude if you connect her there.

What happens when a listing agent calls back?

Ella calls from your own Ella number, and callbacks to it reach her. She knows which errand the agent is calling about. If they ask something only you can answer, like whether your buyers will waive the appraisal, the question comes to you, and once you answer she calls them back.

Has she made calls like these before?

In late October the engineer who built her had her call 17 land agents and 11 builders around Marble Falls, Texas about a 2.12-acre lot he was selling. She left voicemails where nobody answered, emailed the data sheet to those who gave an address, and wrote down who was interested. Two agents and one builder talked with her, and one agent asked whether the call was about selling or appraising, which she brought back to him as a question.

When does she call, and can she text?

Between 8 AM and 8 PM where the contact is, inside the window you set. Email works from the start. Texts work once your number is registered with the carriers, which takes one to three weeks. English only, US numbers.

Is every errand checked?

Yes. Every errand is checked before anyone is contacted, and one the check isn't sure about waits for a person to review it. You can also start errands from ChatGPT or Claude in your own words.
