Who is Seth Black?

I'm a technical consultant who's spent the last 25+ years helping startups and enterprises build and deploy software at scale. I've worked with everyone from solo founders building their first MVP to Fortune 500 companies managing millions of users.

But here's the thing: most of my career advice became obsolete in 2023.

When AI coding tools like Replit, Cursor, and Claude Code emerged, I watched founders build in weeks what used to take months. But then they'd get stuck at deployment. All the advice online was either "hire a DevOps engineer" or "here's a 47-step Kubernetes tutorial."

Neither option works when you're a founder who just used AI to build an entire application in a weekend and want to get it in front of users by Monday.

Why I Wrote This Book

After helping dozens of founders deploy their AI-coded apps, I noticed a pattern. Everyone was hitting the same walls:
