Your vision has massive potential. But there is a critical chasm between a great idea and a real, working product that people will pay for. I specialize in helping founders cross that chasm. For over 25 years, I've helped entrepreneurs navigate this exact journey: transforming wireframes, prototypes, and deep conviction into real-world applications. My track record isn't just about shipping code; it's about building the technical asset that proves your business model and gets you to your first "Yes" from customers and investors.
Unlike agencies who delegate your vision to junior developers, I embed in your team as the lead engineer, actively building and shipping the product myself. I focus on business outcomes rather than software benchmarks because what matters isn't how many benchmarks your code passes, but whether your product delivers measurable value to your customers and your bottom line.
That developer you found on a budget platform built something that looks right, but it's built on a fragile foundation. When you need to add a critical feature or fix a bug, you discover the whole thing needs to be scrapped and rebuilt.
Finding a technical co-founder or senior developer is a full-time job. It takes months you don't have, costs a huge chunk of equity, and there's no guarantee you'll find the right person. Meanwhile, your idea is gathering dust.
Your no-code/low-code prototype was great for demos, but you've hit a hard limit. You can't build the custom logic, complex workflows, or scalable database your real product needs. You're trapped by the platform's limitations.
Development agencies often quote substantial budgets and extended timelines. While they offer comprehensive services, much of your investment goes toward overhead and management layers rather than direct development work.
Sound familiar? You're not alone. Research shows that 95% of organizations get zero return from their technology investments because they focus on features instead of outcomes. I help founders avoid this trap by building products that deliver real business value from day one.
My work is designed for a specific moment: when your vision is clear and it's time to build the real thing. This is a focused partnership to create the foundational asset of your company-your Version 1.0 product that learns from user feedback and adapts to real-world usage.
You're a perfect fit if you have a validated idea-maybe through customer interviews, a Figma prototype, or a waitlist-but lack the technical co-founder to build it. Maybe you're a non-technical founder who needs a trusted partner to bring your vision to life, or you're a solo founder who needs to focus on the business, not the code. I'll ensure your product is built with learning-capable systems that improve over time, not static tools that become obsolete.
Engagements are a flat $15,000/month with a 3-month minimum and a 6-month maximum. I only take on 3 clients at a time — when the roster is full, it's full. You'll end with a live, functioning product that you can sell to customers and demo to investors.

I've guided 20+ startups through this exact transition. I know which corners to cut and which to invest in to get you to market faster without sacrificing quality.
You get the strategic thinking and technical expertise of a founder-level developer without the $300K+ salary, equity package, and 6-month hiring process.

No problem at all. I develop features in weekly sprints specifically so we can adjust course whenever needed. If your market feedback suggests a pivot, we pivot. If a feature isn't working, we scrap it and build something better. You're never locked into a direction that isn't serving your business goals.
Simple: You own 100% of everything I create. From day one, all code goes directly into your GitHub repository. No licensing agreements, no shared ownership - it's your intellectual property, period. You'll also receive documentation so any future developer can pick up where we left off.
I cap the roster at 3 active clients. That's the whole point of the model — you get focused attention, not a slice of my attention spread thin. When the 3 seats are full, the door is closed until one opens.
The 3-month minimum exists so we both take the engagement seriously and have real time to ship. After that, we can wrap at the end of any month up to the 6-month maximum. You keep all the code and documentation we've built together.
Six months is enough to take a validated idea to a live V1.0. If we haven't gotten you there by then, something's wrong with the scope, not the timeline — and the honest move is to wrap the engagement, hand off the code, and let you hire a full-time team.
I focus on projects that align with my expertise in startup development, particularly those involving innovative web applications and scalable backend systems. If your project falls outside this scope, I'll be upfront about it and may recommend other professionals who are better suited to help. My go-to joke is, "don't hire me to build rocketships, they'll probably blow up!"
